2、权旨在拓宽律师调查取证的途径，提高辩护律师调查取证的成功率和所收集证据的证明力。同时，这也体现了侦查机关和辩护律师平等参与诉讼程序的精神。但在逐步拓宽律师向犯罪嫌疑人调查取证的道路，我们还有很多需要努力。本文将以犯罪嫌疑人为切入点，分析立法和实践中存在的问题，据此提出相关改进和完善的措施。本文分为六部分。第一部分：先阐述律师调查取证权的概念，律师调查取证权有广义和狭义之分，本文讨论的是狭义的辩护律师调查取证权，然后介绍律师调查取证权的特征，最后引出本文的研究对象——以犯罪嫌疑人为对象的律师调查取证权，并对以犯罪嫌疑人为对象的律师调查取证权的研究价
