4、pesII,III,andIVatvariousdegreesofosseointegration.Therefinedmodelsfeatureatransitionregionbetweenbone(corticalandcancellous)andimplantanddesignateitpartiallytofullyosseointegratedbyassigningcorrespondingfractionsofthebulkbone’selasticpropertiestothisregion.Bone

5、isassumedtobetransverselyisotropic.Therefinedtechniqueisimplementedinacasestudy,inwhichosseointegrated(25–100%)peri-implantbone,typeII,III,orIVwithanimplantattached,isloadedwitha100MPaocclusalload.Thebiomechanicsofthisperi-implantbonewassimulatedandanalysed.Res
