1、基于绿色建筑理论的低成本建筑立面设计研究摘要能源危机和环境问题己日益严峻,现代城市中建筑能耗占城市总能耗的50%以上,因此建筑降低能耗可有效降低城市总能耗水平。建筑立面作为室内外交互的外界面,承载着如同人类“皮肤"的功能,既要维护建筑内部功能的正常运转,又要进行室内外的能量及其他物质的交互。本文将建筑立面定义拓展的整个建筑表皮,应用被动式建筑策略让建筑具有绿色表皮,并基于我国国情和地域特征在低成本的前提下,统筹表皮的生态性和美观性,优化绿色建筑综合性能。正文分为五章,第一章引言主要介绍论文研究背景和研究对象,回顾了该领域的既往研究,并阐
2、述本文的研究创新点;第二章分析了绿色建筑立面存在的诸多问题,通过对多个国内外绿色立面实际案例的分析,初步归纳设计解决策略;第三章针对绿色立面设计策略进行归类并分析;第四章选取几个具有代表性的策略进行实际应用,实例论证绿色立面策略对建筑性能的优化;第五章总结绿色立面设计策略,并形成提升性理论。关键词:绿色建筑;立面设计;低成本;被动建筑;形象优化BASEDONGREENARCHITECTURALTHEORYLOW.COSTELEVl气TIONDESIGNRESEARCHABSTRACTTheenergycrisisandenvironme

5、energy.Thispaperredefinetheelevationtoenvelopes,andapplythepassiveconstructionstrategyforbuildingwiththegreenskin.Basedonthesituationofourcountry,regionalcharacteristicsandlow—costarchitecture,thestrategybalancethe3ecologicalandbeautifuloftheepidermis,andOptimizingtheper
