1、摘要工业化、城镇化快速发展的背景下，我国土地资源约束趋紧、生态环境污染严重、生态系统加速退化，以土地整治为抓手，对农村实施田、水、路、林、村、综合整治，改善农民生产、生活条件，推进美好乡村建设，是城乡发展一体化、加速“四化同步” 的重要战略举措。本文从肥西县土地资源利用现状、区位优势、资源禀赋出发，以土地整治为抓手，进行村庄建设、农田整治、环境整治，提出建设美好乡村的实施路径与发展模式，努力打造宜居宜业宜游的农民幸福生活美好家园。本文首先对肥西县土地资源的利用现状特点和土地整治中的制约性因素进行了介绍，以明确建设美好乡村的
