1、金陵科技学院第二届英语演讲大赛章程Regulationsofthe2ndEnglishSpeakingContestJinlingInstituteofTechnology一、大赛目的：提高我校学生英语口语水平，培养他们的英语演讲技能，并选拔2名CCTV杯英语演讲比赛复赛选手。1.PURPOSE:ThecontestisorganizedannuallytopromotespokenEnglishproficiencyofstudentsofourinstitute,developtheirEn

2、glishspeakingskills,andselectTWOcontestantstocompeteinthequarterof“CCTVCup”EnglishSpeakingContest.二、大赛程序：大赛分三个阶段进行，即初赛、复赛及决赛。2.GENERALPROCEDURE:Thecontestwillgothroughthreephases,namely,thefirst-round,thesecond-roundandthefinal.三、参赛资格：全校所有在籍学生都可自愿报名参

3、加初赛;初赛胜出的32名选手可参加复赛；复赛成绩前16名选手可参加决赛。3.ELIGIBILITY:Allenrolledstudentsinourinstituteareeligibletocompeteinthefirst-round.32winnerswillcontestinthesecond-round,amongwhom16willstandouttospeakinthefinal.四、大赛环节：4.CONCRETESTEPS:1、演讲次序：赛前30分钟选手参加抽签以决定演讲次序。1

4、）Deliveryorder:Theorderisdecidedbyanorganizeddraw30minutesbeforethecontest.2、定题演讲：根据预先给定标题TheFutureIsNow脱稿演讲，稿件自备，时间3分钟。2）Preparedspeech:Contestantsdelivertheir3-minutepreparedspeecheswithoutreferencetotheirscripts,onthegiventitleTheFutureIsNow3、即兴演讲

5、：演讲题目在前一位选手进行演讲前由选手抽选，演讲时间为2分钟。3）Impromptuspeech:Thespeechtitleistobechosenjustbeforetheperformanceofthepreviouscontestant.Thespeechtimeissupposedtobe2minutes.4、回答提问：外教提出2个问题，选手有10秒钟的思考时间，回答问题不得少于30秒钟。4）Promptanswer:Thequestionmasterwillasktwoquestio

6、ns.Contestantsare3given10secondstothinkbeforereply.Thereplytoeitherquestioninturnhastocoveratleast30seconds.五、评分标准：5.JUDGINGCRITERIA:1、内容要求（30%）：主题鲜明、结构清晰、中心突出，阐释充分、证据相关、逻辑性强，内容生动、能吸引听众注意力。1）Content(30%):Thespeechisstructuredaroundapurpose,andthisstr

7、ucturemustincludeanopening,bodyandconclusion.Thespeakerhasaresponsibilitytosaysomethingmeaningfulandoriginaltotheaudience.2、语言要求（20%）：使用标准英国英语或美国英语，语音清晰准确，语言流利、语调运用得当，措辞准确、句式多样，适当使用修辞手段。2）Language(20%):Languageshouldpromoteclearunderstandingofthought

8、sandshouldfittheoccasionprecisely.Properuseofgrammarandcorrectpronunciationwillshowthatthespeakeristhemasterofthewordsbeingused.3、技巧要求（50%）：有幽默感，手势、眼神接触与身体语言运用合理，表现自然、自信，有感情、节奏和感染力。3）Delivery(50%):Thespeaker'sappearanceshouldreinforcethespeech.Bodyla
