1、万方数据山东理工大学硕士论文摘要摘要本文的两相异步电机是对单相异步电机的进一步开发,去掉了单相电机中的起动电阻或起动电容,采用变频器进行分相,且电机的两相绕组都参与运行。从变频器输出的两相电流为等幅值的正弦波,而且在相位上相差90°,以此达到分相的目的。通过合理的设计,相比较于单相异步电机,两相异步电机的效率和转矩得到提高,体积有所减小。通过对两相异步电机变频调速系统的学习,加强了对两相电机的进一步理解,有助于电机的分析与设计工作。在本文中,对两相异步电机的主要研究内容如下:根据变频调速系统两相异步电机的设计指标,通过对电机磁路特点的分析,确定
2、了电机结构,并根据电机路算的原理,在MATLAB编写电磁计算程序,得到两相异步电机相关参数的初步选取;在ANSOFT的MAXWELL模块中建立电机模型,进行电机有限元计算,进一步分析其内部磁场的分布规律,研究了绕组结构对气隙磁场分布的影响。结合两相异步电机运行原理和电机电磁场的有限元分析理论,对电机模型进行二维瞬态分析,优化电机参数。关键词:两相异步电机;等效磁路法;有限元法I万方数据山东理工大学硕士论文AbstractAbstractTwo-phaseinductionmotorinthispaperisafurtherdevelopment
