1、5期赵全志等:水稻根系与叶片光合特性的关系5水稻根系与叶片光合特性的关系赵全志,乔江方,刘辉,田志强(河南农业大学/河南省作物生长发育调控重点实验室,郑州450002)摘要:【目的】揭示水稻根系与叶片光合特性之间的联系。【方法】在水培条件下以水稻幼苗为材料,研究不同剪根方式对水稻叶片光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率的影响效应。【结果】剪除全部根系后,顶一叶叶片的光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率分别立即平均下降10.25%、53.99%和46.26%。剪除一半根系时,顶一、二叶的光合速率比断根前分别下降0.05%和8.51%,气孔导度分别下降24.03
2、%和35.80%,蒸腾速率分别下降21.22%和30.93%;进一步剪除剩余全部根系时,顶一、二叶的光合速率比断根前分别下降12.57%和17.22%,气孔导度分别下降55.86%和61.84%,蒸腾速率分别下降50.96%、55.96%。【结论】根系与地上部叶片光合特性间存在密切的直接关系。关键词:水稻;根系;光合速率;气孔导度;蒸腾速率RelationshipBetweenRootandLeafPhotosyntheticCharacteristicinRiceZHAOQuan-zhi,QIAOJiang-fang,LIUHui,TIAN

7、tosynthesis.Keywords:Rice;Root;Photosyntheticrate;Stomatalconductance;Transpirationrate5期赵全志等:水稻根系与叶片光合特性的关系50引言【研究意义】作物产量和品质的形成是根系与地上部共同作用的结果。自1923年Weaver首先开展水稻根系研究以来,有关根系与地上部的关系一直受到人们的关注。【前人研究进展】王泽港等在分蘖盛期将水稻根系分成两部分,将其中一部分在抽穗开花期进行一定时间的干旱胁迫,结果表明,一半根系受干旱胁迫一定时间后水稻叶片的光合速率明显降低[
8、1]。武永军等发现控制1/2根区交替供水和固定1/2根区减少供水时,玉米叶片的光合速率变化不明显,而蒸腾速率明显下降[2]。柴世伟等研究了伤根后20d玉米光合作用的
