2、OralExamination:April,2015摘要摘要近几年,随着人们都市生活水平的提高,餐饮行业被融入到人们的生活中,成为人们茶前饭后讨论的话题。特别是在追求个性化的今天,以80、90后为主的时尚、年轻的消费群体,他们开始追逐那些主题性、个性化更为突出的餐厅,并成为他们交流、互动、体验的平台。因此,那些餐饮企业为了迎合大众的消费需求,不得不转型,把主题餐厅作为企业的发展方向,并逐渐成为一种文化现象。本文通过对当前市场上主题餐厅的经营理念和设计趋势进行分析,针对本项目结合当前主题餐厅的现状,对“辣惑
3、”主题餐厅做出了准确的市场定位。其次,分析“辣惑”主题餐厅周围的环境状况,对餐厅的设计思路进行梳理,将主题餐厅空间功能进行合理的划分,优化室内空间格局。最后运用色彩、灯光、材料等设计手法,来营造出一个个性、时尚的主题餐厅,满足消费者的用餐心理,进一步提升品牌竞争力,使其在众多主题餐厅中脱颖而出。关键词:“辣惑”主题餐厅室内空间设计IAbstractAbstractInrecentyears,withtheimprovementofpeopletourbanlivingstandards,foodandbe
