1、装饰工程项目管理制度总则1、工程项目部属公司直接领导下的工程项目施工、管理部门，为明确本部门内各项职能，为提高建筑装饰工程施工项目管理水平，促进施工项目管理的科学化、规范化和法制化，适应市场经济发展的需要，在确保各项工作高效展开，在公平、公证的原则下，特制定实施本制度。2、本规章制度是规范建筑装饰工程施工项目管理行为、明确项目部各层次与人员的职责和相关工作关系、考核评价项目经理和项目部的基本依据。3、建设工程施工项目管理应实行项目经理责任制和项目成本核算制。4、建设工程施工项目管理，除应遵循本制度外，还应符合国家法律、行政法规及有关强制性标准的规定。5、组织完成工程项目开工审批
