3、料和数据的基础上,分析了M钢铁公司物流信息平台的信息需求和功能。最后,站在钢铁供应链的角度上,围绕M钢铁公司物流信息平台的建设,提出了M钢铁公司物流基础信息采集的标准化,并在策略体系的基础上结合信息平台的设计原则,提出了M钢铁公司物流信息平台的总体规划方案。M钢铁公司物流信息平台能够满足整个钢铁供应链上的信息需求,实现对钢铁制造、钢铁物流及钢铁供应链下游的用钢客户的物流信息的有效控制,有效地利用信息技术,整合物流资源,提高M钢铁公司钢铁供应链的水平。希望本论文的研究能对M钢铁公司的发展起到一定的积极作用,为M钢铁公司物流信息平台的建
