2、combustionhasreceivedwideresearchers’attentionallovertheworld.MicroscalecombustioniSthefuelcombustionreactioninmicrospace.Researchonmicro.combustioninvolvesmultipledisciplinesincludingheattransfertheory,combustiontheory,andchemicalreactiondynamicsandSOon.Differentfromtheconventiona

3、lspatialscalecombustion,thecombustionstability,combustionefficiency,heatlossandcombustioncharacteristicsareverydifferent.Therefore,numericalsimulationwasusedtostudytheworkconditionandcombustionpropertiesofmethanesteptype,thefieldsynergyofmicrocombustorwasanalyzed,thecombustorchambe

4、randthestep—angleisoptimized,andthecombustionchamberandthestep-anglewasoptimizedbymultidisciplinarydesignoptimizationtheory.whichwillprovidereferencevalueforresearchofmicrocombustor.Themaininnovationandresearchworkinthepaperwereexpressedasfollows:(1)Amathematicalmodelofmethanecombu

5、stionladdertypemicrocombustorwasestablished,andthemethanecombustionofmicrocombustorindifferententrancevelocities,wallmaterialsanddifferentburnerstructureswassimulatedandanalyzed,whichresearchedthemethanecombustioncharacteristicsand1awofmicrocombustor.(2)Amicro-combustormodelofstept

6、ypewasanalyzedbymulti-fieldsynergymethod,thelawthatthermalefficiencyofmicro—combustorwasthebestwasrevealedwhenthesynergybetweenthevelocityvectorfieldandtemperaturegradientfieldwasoptimal,andtheinfluenceofdifferententrancevelocityandexcessaircoefficientonthecombustiontemperaturefiel

7、dswereobtained.(3)Themultidisciplinarydesignoptimizationmodelwasestablishedwiththeobjectivefunctionofthecombustorchamberlengthandstep-angleofmicrocombustor.Adaptivechaosoptimizationalgorithmwasusedtosolveweightsfactorofmulti—disciplinarydesignoptimization.Theresultsshowthatthecombu
