1、酒后驾驶论文 摘 要随着我国经济的快速健康发展，国民汽车人均拥有量不断攀升。国内各城市频繁发生因酒后驾车而导致的恶性交通事故，“醉驾”连同跟在后面的死伤数据，一再触痛公众敏感的神经——２００９年１月至８月，全国共发生因酒后驾驶导致的交通事故３９２０起，死亡１７０８人，酒后驾驶导致一次死亡３人以上事故４０起，一次死亡５人以上的事故４起。酒后驾驶行为引起社会各界广泛关注。我国酒后驾车肇事案件发生愈发频繁，所引发的恶性社会治安事件也愈加严重。我国现有的道路交通法律法规，以及汽车形式安全教育体系，相对于发达国家相对
2、成熟的交通体系，其教育的不完善，执法的松散，以及个别汽车驾驶者对道路交通安全法规的漠视等等一系列的弊端不断呈现，并引起了社会各界的普遍关注。酒后驾驶作为引起恶性交通肇事事件的重要原因，其问题的严重性，为我们敲响了警钟，必须完善现有的交通法律法规，加大教育力度，加大执法力度，对酒后驾驶这一恶劣行为实行“零容忍”。 关键字：酒后驾车 社会公共安全 零容忍 AbstractWiththerapidandhealthydev
