2、、肥胖(BMI≥28)类别中,计算高血压、高血糖、血脂异常的相对危险度(RR),并对WC类别中腹型肥胖(男≥85cm,女≥80cn1)和WC正常个体进行比较。结果无论是男性还是女性,其高血压、糖脂代谢各项指标以及MS的罹患率均与BMI和WC相关,控制混杂因素后,这样的相关性依然存在;但仅BMI超重时,各项表示代谢性健康风险的aRR值基本上都低于BMI超重合并腹型肥胖的aRR值;男、女性BMI正常但有腹型肥胖时,均较BMI超重而WC正常者的健康风险高。结论WC在表示代谢性健康风险方面比BMI更为有效。【关键词】代谢综合征;超重/月巴胖;高血压St
