2、、肥胖(BMI≥28)类别中，计算高血压、高血糖、血脂异常的相对危险度(RR)，并对WC类别中腹型肥胖(男≥85cm，女≥80cn1)和WC正常个体进行比较。结果无论是男性还是女性，其高血压、糖脂代谢各项指标以及MS的罹患率均与BMI和WC相关，控制混杂因素后，这样的相关性依然存在；但仅BMI超重时，各项表示代谢性健康风险的aRR值基本上都低于BMI超重合并腹型肥胖的aRR值；男、女性BMI正常但有腹型肥胖时，均较BMI超重而WC正常者的健康风险高。结论WC在表示代谢性健康风险方面比BMI更为有效。【关键词】代谢综合征；超重／月巴胖；高血压St
