1、论文摘要在过去的三十年间，世界进入了全球化的时代。越来越多的大公司把触角伸向了世界各个角落。在全球化给人类带来巨大好处的同时，人们开始对跨国公司的运营产生了越来越多的质疑。人们指责大公司除了赚钱，对其他的一切都漠不关心。企业存在于社会当中，企业与社会是一种互相作用的关系。企业从社会获得了自己赖以生存生存的资源，就应该对社会尽到自己应尽的义务和责任。就在人们这种想法的推动下，企业社会责任这一概念在19世纪于美国应运而生了。今天，企业社会责任己成为人们十分关注的一个热点问题。但是，在全球化的今天，企业社会责任在全球范围内是否是一个统一的概念?不同国家人们对企业文化概念理解和认知是否相同?文
