1、内容摘要改革开放三十年来，中小企业凭借其创造社会财富、解决就业、增加出口和税收收入等“辉煌业绩”，成为我国经济发展中的一大亮点，受到人们的普遍关注。但是，中小企业在成为“经济明星”为国民生产总值做出重大贡献的同时，也饱受着融资需求的巨大约束。特别是在当前全球金融危机风起云涌之际，如何获得资金支持度过经济寒冬成为中小企业的生存大计。对中国经济而言，中小企业兴，则经济兴；中小企业废，则经济颓。本文从中小企业的融资现状出发，通过数据比较分析指出中小企业融资存在的困境。从资金借方、贷方及社会制度的供给三方面深入分

2、析了融资困境的成因，并从信贷配给的视角通过模型的构建较为现实的呈现中小企业遭受信贷配给的机理。在上述分析的基础上，论证了中小金融机构对中小企业贷款的优势，并通过数据印证中小金融机构对中小企业的促进作用。最后，借鉴相关国际经验，结合我国中小金融机构发展的现状及存在的问题，提出相关的政策建议。关键词：中小企业中小金融机构信贷配给小银行优势AbstraetReformandopeningupthepastthreedecades，smallandmedium—sizedenterprise，withitscre
