2、er.Inordertosaveenergyandprotecttheenvironment,manysugarcompaniesbeganrecyclingthesteamcondensedwater,whichfromtheprocessofboilingsugarandwiththehightemperature.Thesteamcondensedwatercanbeusedasfeedwaterintotheboileragain,notonlytoachievethepurposeofsavingwater,butalsocanuseth
3、eheattosavingenergy.Buttheserecoversteamcondensedwateroftencontainstraceamountsofsugar.Ifthesugarcontentexceedsthelimit(50ppm)insteamcondensedwater,itwillcausegreatsecurityrisktotheproductionequipment.Therefore,itisnecessarytotestthesugarconcentrationinsteamcondensedwaterbefor
4、ethemintotheboiler.Recentlymostofsugarcompaniesarestillusingtheartificialchemicalcolorimetrictechnologytodetectmicrosugar.Therefore,thistopicdesignedadevicewhichisbasedonTMS320F2812todetectthemicrosugarinsteamcondensedwater,andprovidingapreciseandIIIrapidmethodtodetectmicrosug
5、arforsugarfactory.Themainresearchworkisasfollows:Thistopicproposeamethodwhichbydetectingthedielectricloss,conductivityandtemperaturedataofsteamcondensedwatertomeasuremicrosugarcontent.IndevicehardwaresystemweselectDSPchipTMS320F2812asthecoreofhardwaresystem,andincludesasinusoi
6、dalsignalgeneratingcircuitwhichDDStechnologyassignalgeneratorfordevice,asignaldetectioncircuitwhichusedofhigh-speedADchip,atemperaturedetectioncircuitbasedonhigh-precisiondigitaltemperaturesensor,aliquidcrystaldisplaymodulecircuitandaserialcommunicationsinterfacecircuit.Insoft
