3、cinclusionsinto20μmthroughthecleansteelsmeltingtechnologyandavoidexcessiveinclusionstomaketinplateoccurrolledgecrack.Inordertoanalyseitsfabricatedprocessesandthesize,quantity,type,source,formdistributionofthenon-metallicinclusionsinthecastingblanksystematically,conductingsomeanalysisth

4、roughthemetallographicexperiment,oxygennitrogenanalysis,bulksampleelectrolysis,SEMandenergyspectrumanalysis,andsimulatingthecrystallizerslagentrapmentphysically,exploringthesourceoflargeinclusionsandtheformationmechanismofinclusions,raisingmeasurestooptimizateproductionprocess.Theresea

5、rchconclusionasthefollowing.1)Throughthecalciumtreatment,theT[O]contentwasreducedby34.4ppm,theeffectoffeedingcalciumlinewasremarkable;theT[O]contentattheoutletofLFwas37.8ppm,comparedwiththeformationofrefiningslagofLF,whichwasreducedby84.2ppm;theT[O]contentattundishentrancewas71.5ppm,it

6、wasincreasedby89.2%fromthesteelladletotundish,thesecondaryoxidationofsteelliquidwasserious;TheT[O]contentattundishoutletwas9.5ppmlowerthanthatwasattundishentrance,thestructureoftundishwasreasonable.TheT[O]contentofnormalbilletwas31.4ppm.Comparedwiththeoutstandingcompanieswhofabricatedt
