2、种虚拟仪器。论文采用自项而下的模块化设计方法，充分调用LabVIEW的子VI函数功能，利用DAQ(Dataacquisition硬件数据采集)技术设计了实时采样模块，完成了对测试信号的采样；利用NI．VISA软件包强大的功能函数，设计并实现了PC机与测试程控源之间的通信和控制，为产品在线的自动化测试提供基础。设计了系统参数设置模块、电源板测试模块、逻辑板测试模块、测量数据处理与显示模块、数据库管理与波形显示模块，以及通信模块；最后利用数据采集卡PCI．6024E采集数据，对其各项功能分别进行了测试和分析，测试结果表明
