1、中国石油大学(华东)硕士学位论文低产油井微线团堵水方法研究姓名:王秀英申请学位级别:硕士专业:油气田开发工程指导教师:戴彩丽20090401摘要由于低产油井常存在过堵水现象,且油井堵水的效益越来越来小,因此需要开发成本更低的堵剂。本文针对低产油井微线团堵水方法的堵剂优选、堵水机理、堵水工艺进行了研究。通过对聚合物的基本物化性质研究,选择部分水解聚丙烯酰胺作为阴离子型微线团,I型阳离子型聚合物作为阳离子型微线团。采用扭矩天平称取质量法,证实微线团能在岩心表面形成积累膜。采用物质平衡法测定微线团在砂粒表面的静态吸附量和动态滞留量。微线团质量浓度在0~2000mg/L范围内,随着质
2、量浓度的增加,静态吸附量先迅速增加后趋于平稳。阴离子型微线团的静态吸附量为123.457ug/g,动态滞留量为5.6806ug/g;阳离子型微线团的静态吸附量为909.091ug/g,动态滞留量为20.615ug/g。通过岩心流动试验研究了微线团的应用性能。当岩心渗透率小于2心时,交替注入阴阳离子型微线团6个轮次,此时微线团封堵能力最好。微线团对水的流动阻力是对油的流动阻力的5.315倍,表明微线团对油水有良好的选择性封堵作用。双管岩心流动试验表明微线团有较好的提高采收率性能,采收率增值为8.2%。根据室内试验研究结果,优选了双河油矿双T211作为施工井,并编写了施工方案。关
