1、Hydrolysisofmaricultureorganicwasteusingtreatmentmethodsisinvestigated.Theresultsshowthatthebestmethodiscompoundenzymatictreatment,thereleasingofSCOD,carbohydrateandproteinareenhancedby1.3,0.9,1.3foldsrespectively.Theoptimumprocessingtimeis6~8h.Acidandalkalimethodsarenoteffectiveforthereleasingo

2、fcarbohydrate,butmoreeffectiveforthereleasingofSCODandproteinthanenzymatictreatment.Theoptimumprocessingtimewas8~12h.S-TEmethodcanhydrolyzeorganicwasterapidly,buttheoptimumtimeforreleasingofSCODandproteinis10h.Theeffectofhydrolysisonhighconcentrationsofmariculturewasteusingenzymatictreatmentismo

3、reeffectivethanthatonlowconcentrations,italsoneedsmoretime.Hydrogenproductioncharacteristicsofdifferentconcentrationsofmaricultureorganicwasteareinvestigated.Theresultsshowthat,thehydrogenproportionisthehighest(82.1%)whiletheconcentrationis20g/L;andthehighestcumulativehydrogenproductionis45.4mL/

4、mgVSSwhiletheconcentrationis5g/L.Thereleasingofsolubleproteinisfargreaterthanutilizing.SCODfluctuates:firstdecreaseandthenincrease;attheendofthefermentationSCODisstillhigh.ThepHdecreasegradually,pHis6.2~6.6atthefasteststageofhydrogenproduction.Fermentationproductsaremainlyaceticandethanol,itbelo

5、ngstoethanoltypefermentation.Effectofhydrogenproductionondifferentsalinityofmaricultureorganicwasteisinvestigated.Theresultsshowthat,thereisnoinfluenceontotalamountoffermentationgaswiththeincreaseofsalinity,buthydrogenratioisreduced.Thereleasingofcarbohydratesispromotedinacertainrangeofsalinity,
