2、评级在现阶段或者在今后一段时期内，应建立在保险行业监管基础之上，且国内保险信用评级指标体系要内外兼顾，与国际评级体系互为补充；在建立既具中国特色又能够与国际接轨的中国保险公司的信用评级体系的同时，应努力打造中国自己的能够一言九鼎的保险信用评级企业。本文通过上述研究还试图为国内保险监管部门进行保险公司信用评级制度设计，以及对其所辖保险公司实施分级、分类监管提供理论依据；在完善保险监管手段的同时，积极推进中国保险行业的信用体系建设，充分发挥商业保险的社会职能，在努力建设和谐社会中承担起应尽的职责。关键词：保险、信用、信用评级、研究ResearchonCreditRatingofChineseIns
