3、erequirementsoftheseRegulations.(2)AnywrittenstatementorwarningorotherwritteninformationrequiredbytheseRegulationsshallappearinboththeEnglishandFrenchlanguages.SOR/91-267,s.1.PACKAGING4.(1)Aflexiblefilmbagusedtopackageanyproductdescribedinparagraph13(a)ofPartIIofScheduleIto
4、theActshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:(a)theopeningofthebagshallbelessthan14inchesincircumference;or(b)thebagshall(i)bemadefromfilmthatisatleast0.75mlthick,and(ii)haveprintedlegiblyonitthefollowingwarning:"PLASTICBAGSCANBEDANGEROUS.TOAVOIDDANGEROFSUFFOCATIONKEEPTHISBAGAWA
