2、布规律,并与现场实测数据比较,模拟结果与实测数据基本一致.研究表明,粉尘浓度在孔口水平取得最大值,沿自然风流方向渐减,且在钻机侧面及后部有粉尘积聚现象;钻具转速对粉尘浓度影响不明显;当钻孔深度为10m、风速为1.4m/s及工作风压为0.98MPa时,粉尘浓度最小;捕捉壁面条件下粉尘浓度较反弹壁面低许多.针对潜孔打钻产尘的特点,建议在钻孔位置采取湿式除尘效果更佳.关键词:安全技术;露天矿;潜孔打钻;湿式除尘;粉尘浓度;气固两相流;几何模型;数值模拟;尘肺病中图分类号:TD714.2文献标志码:Adoi:10.3724/SP.J.1249.2013.03313Numeric
