2、ingvideoresourceshaveexperiencedalongtimedevelopment．Theteachingvideoresourceshavealwaysbeenthehotspotoftheeducators．Inrecentyears，thesuccessofthekhanacademysetoffaboomofmicroteachingvideoresourcesdevelopmentinthedomestic．Buttherearemanyproblemsexistedintheseresources，suchastheimmaturetec

3、hnology，lackoftheoreticalguidance，poorlydesignedandinappropriateapplicationmode，etc．whichresultinginnotfullyembodyandplaytheroleofmicroteachingvideoresources．Cognitiveloadtheory,accordingtothecharacteristicsofhumancognition，controlthecognitiveloadoflearningprocess，inordertoimprovelearning
