2、ingvideoresourceshaveexperiencedalongtimedevelopment.Theteachingvideoresourceshavealwaysbeenthehotspotoftheeducators.Inrecentyears,thesuccessofthekhanacademysetoffaboomofmicroteachingvideoresourcesdevelopmentinthedomestic.Buttherearemanyproblemsexistedintheseresources,suchastheimmaturetec
3、hnology,lackoftheoreticalguidance,poorlydesignedandinappropriateapplicationmode,etc.whichresultinginnotfullyembodyandplaytheroleofmicroteachingvideoresources.Cognitiveloadtheory,accordingtothecharacteristicsofhumancognition,controlthecognitiveloadoflearningprocess,inordertoimprovelearning
4、efficiency.Therefore,thedesignationandapplicationresearchofmicroteachingvideoresourcesbasedonthecognitiveloadtheoryinthispaperisofgreatvalueandsignificance.Thisstudyusedtheliteratureanalysis,casestudies,surveysandotherresearchmethods.Thepoorlydesignedmicrovideoresourcesandtheresourcesdeve
