1、武汉理工大学硕士学位论文AbstractCorbonnanotube(CNTs)/Polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA)nanocompositesfoamanewfunctionalmaterial.CNTscanhighiyimprovetheconductivityofthefoam,theintroductionofthegasphaSecanreducethedielectricconstantofthematerial.Thisnanocompositesfoamwithhighconductivityandlow

2、dielectricconstantcanabsorbelectromagneticwaveefficiently.Soithasawiderangeofapplicationsinthefieldsofelectronicscientificsuchaselectrostaticprotection,lightningaerospacechamber,electromagneticshieldingshell.Thisresearchpreparedthemicrostructurenanocompositesfoanlswithsmalla

3、nduniformeellsizeusingthesupercriticalfuildfoamingtechnology.Thenthestructureandtheelectricalpropertiesofthefoamswereinvestigated.WiththeCNTscontentof1-2.5wt.%,theeellsizeofnanocompositesfoamsrangedfrom3.9-4.8“m,thecelldensityrangedfrom5.83x1010~6.71x1010cells/cm’.TheCNTscon

4、tenthadnotsignificantinfluenceontheeellstructure.WiththeaspectratioofCNTsrangedfrom50to2000,thecellsizeofthenanocompositesfoamswas3.6~6.1lxm,celldensitywas6.71x1010~8.62x1010cells/cm3.Inaddition,theeellsizewassmallestandthecelldensitywashighestwhentheaspectratioofCNTswas500.

5、Whenthefoamingtemperaturewas50-95℃,thecellsizewas2.2~7.3“m,thecelldensitywas1.05x1010~3.29x1011cells/cm3.TheconductivityoftheCNTS/PMMAnanocompositesfoamSwasloweratlOWfrequencythantheCNTs/PMMAnanocomposites.ButitCanretaintheconductivityoftheCNTS/PMMAnanocompositesathighfreque

6、ncy.TheconductivityoftheCNTS/PMMAnanocompositesfoamsgethigherwiththeC’NTscontent,andbecamehigherthanlowerwiththeaspectratioofCNTs.TheconductivityoftheCN聊MMAnanocompositesfoamsgethigherthanlowerwiththefoamingtemperature.WhentheCNTscontentwas2.5wt.%.theaspectratioofCNTSwas50,t
