1、东北师范大学硕士学位论文便携式10<'10>n/s中子发生器电路系统的研制姓名:杨喜峰申请学位级别:硕士专业:核技术及应用指导教师:卢洪波20040501摘要论文对所研制的新一代便携式10”n/s中子发生器电路进行了全面的介绍,对离子源电路,存储器电路,特别靶极高压电路结构进行深入剖析。在离子源电路中采用集成的Dc—DC高压模块,使原电路得到简化。研制出新型的中子管气压自动控制电路,同时引入PID调节,更好的实现了对存贮器加热电流的控制,使用具有国际先进水平的Vicoy电源模块研制出存贮器加热电源,这些措施保证了离子源的稳定工作。研制开发
2、出200kV、5fflA的便携式靶极高压电路,该电路采用直流稳压系统~逆变器一倍压电路的电路结构,直流稳压电路采用开关一线性双重调压技术,实现0—250V连续可调。逆变器采用较高的工作频率,有效的减小了中子发生器的体积。在研制过程中发现并提出了用增大升压变压器漏感的方法来减少倍压型高压电路的无功损耗,这为研制大功率高压电源和提高这种电源可靠性提供了一种有效方法和手段。关键词:中子管,10”n/s中子发生器,气压自动控制电路,Vicor模块,靶极高压电路,ABSTRACTThecircuitsystemfortheportableseale

5、modulewhichisfirst—classintheworld.ThesemeansimprovethestabilityoftheionSOUrCeAportabletargethighvoltagecircuitthathas200kV,5mAoutputisdeveloped.Inthecircuit,weadopttheIlstructureofdirectcurrent,steadyvoltage—invertermultipliercircuit.Weadoptbothswitchadjustmentandlineara
