3、waterresourcescrisis，thewaterproblemhasbecomethebottleneckofsustainableeconomicdevelopmentinDalian．Studiesonthecarr姐ngcapacityandthedispositionoptimalanalysistoDalian’SwaterresoureeshassignificanceforregulatingtherelationshipbetweenwaterresourcesandnationaleconomicdevelopmentofDalian．Themai
