2、ctureofTHAwereconformedbyseveralcharacterizationmethods:Field-emission-typeScanningElecllonMicroscope(FESEM)wascarriedouttoexaminetheTI-Ⅸsthomedmorphology;thechemicalcompositionsofHydroxyapatite(HA)forTHAwereprovedbYEnergyDispersiveX-rayDetector(EDX),LowangleX-ra
3、yDiffractometer(yaug)andGrazingReflectionAbsorptionFourierTransformInfraredSpectroscopyfFTIR-GIR);TransmissionElectronMicroscope(TEM)wasusedtofurtherconfirmthattheTHAWasmadeupofHA,andthethronedmorphologyconsistedoftwodifferentmicrostructures:singlecrystalstructur
4、eandpolycrystallinestructure.TheformingmechanismofTHA'smorphologyWasanalyzedbyFESEMandothermethods。Theresultsshowedthatme11ighconcentrationsofelectrolytes,hi曲depositionvoltageandlowdepositiontemperatureintheseconddepositionstepallplayedimportantrolesonthisspecial
5、morphologyofTHA.Inaddition,thetrisodiumcitrateintheelectrolytemadethehydroxyapatitecontinuouslygrowonthebasicrod.1ikestructurebythemesocrystalself-assemblyprocess.Therefore,itWasakeychemicaldrugtoformthisthronedmico—nanostructure.Theresuitsofthereleasingratetesto
6、fCalciumion(Ca什)invitroandthecontactangletestbothshowedthatthespecialthronedmico。nanomorphologyobviouslychangedthephysicochemicalpropertyoftraditionalHydroxyapatiterod(RHA)andalsomadetheTHAhaveperfectwettabilityandhavefastandsuitablereleasingrateofCa2+,whichwould
