1、摘要“讲故事”是幼儿教师的一项重要的教育活动，对幼儿成长具有重要意义。培养全面发展的幼儿，需要专业技能全面的幼儿教师。作为幼师生，讲故事是一项必备的、最基本的从教技能，而幼师生讲故事能力的提高离不开其在校期间的系统训练。“讲故事”教学是幼儿师范学校的一项重要教学内容。本文旨在从幼JUJi而范学校的性质出发，着眼幼师生专业技能的提高，对幼师“讲故事”教学的现状和对策进行探索研究。笔者以石家庄幼儿师范高等专科学校的“讲故事"教学为研究个案，通过问卷、讲故事能力测试、访谈等多种方式，调查分析了幼师生“讲故事"

2、的情况，了解到幼师生存在对讲故事认识偏差、讲故事水平和能力不高等问题，进而从学生的“学”和教师的“教”中寻找原因，认为教师教学处于无序状态，缺乏系统性和计划性是症结所在。最后，针对这些问题明确提出“讲故事"训练序列化的教学模式是解决问题的一条有效途径。笔者以系统论和教学目标分类理论为指导，针对调查结果发现的问题，从不同年级学生的认知水平和教学规律出发，设计了幼师“讲故事"训练的教学序列，并在教学实践中加以实施。同时，在实践中总结出这一教学模式的特点和评价方式。为求证这一教学模式的可行性和科学性，本文还对
