1、摘要Bal.。Sr,Ti03具有优异的电性能。本文在Bao—S雨卜_币02三元系的基础上研究了Bao—S雨—币02—№05四元系中Ba08Sr02Til.5I/4Nbx03体系材料及其附近材料的介电弛豫性能和铁电性能。以BaCO,、SrC03、Ti02、Nb205为原料采用固相反应法制备了体系材料,并研究了最佳烧结工艺。研究发现对于体系材料,在靠近Bao8Sr02TiO,附近存在一个固溶限为:x<0.2。在此固溶限内的材料,均为钙铁矿结构。而在靠近Ba03Sr02Nbo.80,附近,存在的固溶限为j>0.7。在此固溶限内的材料均为六方钙钛矿结构。对于BaosSr02Ti03陶瓷介电性能
