7、nt，employmenteffect,trainingdi衔curiesm●’『～，福建师范大学管理学硕士学位论文IV一、r，一中文文摘大学生就业难已成为我国当前突出的问题。服务外包业作为现代服务业的重要组成部分，是拉动大学生就业的有力杠杆。目前我国不尽合理的产业结构和人才培养模式在某种程度上阻碍了服务外包产业的发展和壮大，这是本文力图探讨的问题。本文基于前人研究的基础上，通过阐析服务外包所带来的就业效应及其如何带动大学生就业，从理论及实证上指出了以发展服务外包来解决大学生就业难问题的可行性。同时，运用定量分析

8、和定性分析相结合的方法，分析了福建省发展服务外包业的优势及省内高校培养服务外包人才所存在的一些问题。本文主要由以下七部分组成：第一部分：绪论。这一部分围绕着“服务外包如何对就业产生影响’’这一主题，对本课题的研究背景、研究思路、研究意义、对服务外包所产生的就业效应的相关文献进行了回顾。第一，介绍了本课题的研究背景和研究意义。随着经济全球化的深入，各国的服务贸易竞争日益激烈
