1、北京交通大学硕士学位论文企业规模对企业技术创新能力的贡献测度研究姓名：熊晓燕申请学位级别：硕士专业：技术经济及管理指导教师：郭丽华201207中文摘要摘要：世界经济一体化程度在不断增强，区域经济开放程度在不断提高，国际竞争逐渐演变为科技竞争，企业技术创新能力的强弱成为了决定国家处于世界产业链位置的主要因素。美国、欧洲及日本等发达国家技术创新能力的不断增强，及其跨国企业蔓延渗透到世界各地的现象，引发了国内外经济学家对企业规模与技术创新能力关系的思考：企业规模是否是影响企业技术创新能力的因素。首先，本文归纳总结了多年来学者们对于企业规模与技术创新能力之间关系的观点，提出了疑问。其次，论文对企业技术

2、创新能力的增长机制进行定性分析之后，对企业规模与技术创新之间的关系进行了深入化的理论研究，综合前两部分内容，提出企业规模与企业技术创新能力关系的假设。然后，建立企业规模及技术创新能力各自的评价指标体系，为数据收集提供依据。在数据方面，本文收集了2010年农林牧渔、服装、钢铁、通信及通信设备、计算机、电子元器件六个行业的数据作为研究样本。之后，运用因素分析与信度分析、皮尔森相关积差分析以及复回归分析三种统计分析方法，运用数据呈现了各个分指标之间的相互关系，通过分指标之间的关系解释了企业规模与企业技术创新能力之间的联系，得出结论——劳动密集型企业与资本密集型企业的技术创新能力随着企业规模的增大而增
