1、武汉科技大学硕士学位论文第1页摘要技术创新是提高企业竞争力的根本，企业的核心竞争力是各种生产要素的组合，技术是企业竞争力的核心。加入世界贸易组织后，钢铁工业产品要面向世界，成本高、附加值少的企业很难有竞争力。因此，钢铁企业技术创新的能力将直接影响企业核心竞争力的保持培养和提高。而在现实中，技术创新已成为国外同行先进企业发展和提升的核心竞争力，提高市场竞争力的首选途径和成功经验，这对于我国钢铁企业同样有着极为重要的借鉴意义。本文拟从技术创新这一角度出发，对我国钢铁工业核心竞争力的提升进行系统深入的研究，并就提升我国企业核心竞争力的技术创新途径提出了一些建设性的意见。全

2、文共有五章：第一章首先对国内外企业技术创新研究现状和创新理论的发展历程作了阐述，并在此基础上提出本文的总体研究思路。第二章结合核心竞争力的相关理论，系统分析了核心竞争力的形成和其决定因素。第三章在分析我国钢铁工业技术创新的历史进程的基础上，进一步阐述了其对提升我国钢铁工业核心竞争力的必然性。第四章从我国钢铁工业的现状出发，对提升锻铁工业核心竞争力的技术创新途径给出七点建议；第五章结合实例，对宝钢、鞍钢、武钢的技术刨新战略进行实证研究和分析．关键诃：钢铁工业核心竞争力技术创新第Ⅱ页武汉科技大学硕士学位论文AbstractTechnologyinnovationisth
