2、onrenewableenergy.Itiswellknownthatwindpowerindustryhastheadvantagesclean,reliable,easytoinstallanditsmaterialdoesnotrelyonimports.Farthermoreithasrapideddevelopmentedofwindpowertechnologyfornearlytwodecadesintheglobalscale.Withthecontinuousdevelopmentofwindpowertechnology,permanentmagnetsynchronous

3、generatorreceivedmoreandmorepeople’sages,foritshighlyefficiency,lowerinertia,highlyreliability.Thenitbecomemoreimportanttoimprovesystem’sstabilityandpowerqualityofwindpowersystemsontheresearchofpermanentmagnetdirect-drivewindturbinecontrolstrategies.Forthepurposeofimprovingthepermanentmagnetdirect-d

4、rivegeneratorsystem’scontrolproblem,thisarticleusinganimproveddirectcurrentcontrolstrategyisreasearchedinthisarticleasimulationmodeloftheentiresystemisbuiltontheMATLAB/SIMULINKplatform.Asanalysisedthesimulationresult,itprovedoutthatthisstrategycaneffectivelyreducethestatorcurrentharmonicsandunbalanc

5、eissues,andimprovesystemstability.Inaddition,theproposedstrategybasedonahighlyefficientwindpowerconverterstoapplliedto5kWdirect-drivewindpowergenerationsystem.Theexperimentalresultsverifythecorrectnessofthecontrolstrategyandefficiency,andimprovementofthegridpowerquality.Thepermanentmagnetdirectdrive
