1、上海市级工业园区转型发展策略研究摘要：产业园区是城市经济发展的重要空间载体，同时也是城市空间的重要增长极。产业园区发展初期以产业用地的集聚扩张为发展重心，如联合国环境规划署（1997）认为，工业园区是一大片土地，土地上聚集若干工业企业的区域。随着园区发展的深入，园区与周边地区空间结构的整合以及园区整体功能完善的需求逐渐显现。同时工业园区应该是一种资源高度聚集的工业化载体，是一种可以发挥产业集聚效应的工业发展模式。国内外众多案例表明，产业园区经过一段时间的高速发展，基本都会经历从纯工业片区到具有一定配套的工业区再到综合性新城的发展过程。本文采用的研究方法主要是文献分析

2、以及适当的定量分析的方法。通过对整个已有的数据结合性的分析，指出当前的管理和发展上存在的基本问题，为当前的上海市级工业园区转型发展提供基础理论的支撑。基于此，本文着重研究了整个当前的上海市级工业园区转型发展策略的研究，旨在能够通过对以往的经验回顾，不断的体现出当前的管理和发展的整体效益，最终为当前的发展提供更具有针对性的建议和意见。关键词：上海；工业园区；转型发展；策略；研究IVResearchonthedevelopmentstrategyoftransformationofmunicipalindustrialparksinShanghaiAbstractThe
