2、业资金需求。本文通过对我国科技企业孵化器投融资服务体系的研究，按照孵化器与金融机构合作的紧密程度，在理论层面上提出了孵化器的三种投融资服务模式：松散型投融资服务模式、紧密型投融资服务模式、松紧适度型投融资服务模式，并对三种投融资服务模式进行了利弊分析。随后以苏州工业园区原点创投投资有限公司为案例，对其发展现状、投融资服务方式及孵化能力进行了研究。在总结企业成功运作经验的同时，分别从加强孵化器自身建设和拓宽科技企业融资途径两方面提出如何推动松紧适度型投融资服务模式。关键词：科技企业孵化器、投融资服务模式、松紧适度型作者：姚建萍指导老师：贝政新Abstr
