1、Mincle在大鼠角膜上皮抗烟曲霉菌感染固有免疫阶段作用的研究摘要目的:观察巨噬细胞诱导型c型凝集素因子(monocyte—inducibleC—typelectin,mincle)在大鼠角膜上皮抗烟曲霉菌固有免疫阶段的表达情况,探讨其在真菌性角膜炎固有免疫中的作用。方法:清洁级Wistar大鼠72只,随机分为烟曲霉菌感染组,阴性对照组,空白对照组,取右眼为实验眼,在刮除大鼠角膜上皮后涂以烟曲霉菌菌丝并覆盖自制的角膜接触镜,建立大鼠角膜真菌感染模型,分别于4、8、16、24小时观察大鼠角膜变化情况。采用HE染色观察角膜组织学变化,分别采用Real—timeRT—PCR技术免疫组
