2、ntcascadingoutagesleadingtoinstability.Manystudiesonthistopicshavebeenreported:wide-spreadblackouts.Penetrationofrenewableenergysourcessee,e.g.,[10].Inthefinalreportofthe2006SystemDistur-makestheproblemofinstabilitymoreurgentbecauseofthehighlybanceintheEuropeanGrid[11],itwassuggestedthatthefluctuatin
3、gnatureofsuchsources.Hereweshowadata-basedapproachtostabilityassessmentofpowersystemswithoutmodels.uncontrolledoperationofdistributedsources(mainlywindandThisapproachisenabledbyKoopmanmodeanalysisfornon-combined-heat-and-power)duringthedisturbancecomplicatedlineardynamicalsystems,whichdetectsaninst
4、abilitybasedontheprocessofre-establishingnormalsystemconditions.Thus,thepropertiesofthepointspectrumoftheKoopmanoperator.Wethepenetrationofrenewablesourcesmakesiturgenttodevelopapplythetechniquetodataonphysicalpowerflowssampledfrommethodsforinstabilitydetection.thetwomajoraccidents,the2011Arizona-So
5、uthernCaliforniagridoutageandthe2006systemdisturbanceoftheEuropeanManymethodsforstabilityassessmentofpowersystemsinterconnectedgrid,andsuccessfullydetectunstablepowerflowhavebeendeveloped[12]–[14].Traditionalmethodsaremainlypatternsthatgovernthecomplexdynamicsoccurringduringthemodel-based,thatis,the
