2、verter.Acoupledinductorisusedtoreducethesizeaswellastotransferenergybetweenthetopandbottomgatedriving.Apossiblesemi-conductorintegrationapproachisproposedforthisresonantgatedriverbasedonaself-adaptivecontrolmethod.Theoreticalanal-ysis,simulationandexperimentalresultsprovethatth

5、ohigh-frequencyapplicationsisthesignificantgate-drivinglosses.Foraconventionalgate-drivingcircuitshowninFig.1,thegate-drivinglossisabout(1)HeretheswitchinganddrivinglossesofthesmalldrivingFig.2.Losscomparisoninasynchronousbuckconverter.MOSFETs(and)areignoredfortheirrelatedsmall
