5、sheets.However,bothlarge-becauseofthelowqualityand/orhighinter-sheetjunctionquantitysynthesisofCVD-growngrapheneandintegrationintocontactresistanceofthechemicallyderivedgraphenesheets.3Dstructuresstillremainagreatchallenge.Herewereportthedirectsynthesisofthree-dimensionalInthiswor

6、k,wedevelopageneralstrategyforthesynthesisoffoam-likegraphenemacrostructures,whichwecallgraphenea3Dgraphenemacroscopicstructurewithafoam-likenetworkfoams(GFs),bytemplate-directedchemicalvapourdeposi-graphenefoam(GF),usingtemplate-directedCVD.Differentfromtion.AGFconsistsofaninter

7、connectedflexiblenetworkstructuresformedwithsmallpiecesofchemicallyderivedgrapheneofgrapheneasthefasttransportchannelofchargecarri-sheets,theGFfabricatedbyourapproachisamonolithofaersforhighelectricalconductivity.EvenwithaGFloadinggraphene3Dnetwork,inwhichchargecarrierscanmoverapid
