3、ics.Thesecoursenotesintroducelineardiscrete-timemultivariatestochasticprocesstheorythatisneededforestimationandprediction.Itstartswithacompactre-viewofdiscreteandcontinuousrandomvariablesandrandomvectors.LinearmultivariateBayesianestimation(regression)isintroduced.There

4、followsapre-sentationofrandomsequences,includingdiscussionofconvergence,ergodicity,andpowerspectraldensity.Statespacemodelsoflinearsystemsareintroduced,andtheirresponsetotransientandstationaryrandominputsisstudied.ThebasicfilteringproblemisintroducedandtheKalmanalgorithm
