1、中文摘要我国网络经济正飞速发展，网络技术和网络新事物如潮水般蔓延，网络经济发展逐渐赶超传统经济市场。网络愈来愈深入到生活的每一个角落，网民数量暴增，使网民的生活发生了翻天覆地的改变。然而，网络经济兴盛的反面是出现了许多新的违法违规、损害他人合法权益的行为，其中网络不正当竞争行为发生的比率最高本文以腾讯公司诉奇虎公司不正当竞争和百度公司诉奇虎公司不正当竞争的案例为切入点，辩析案例中二个公司的损害行为是否违反诚实守信原则构成网络不正当行为，并由此列举网络不正当竞争行为的常见类型附带举例分析该类型的特征。同时
