1、兰州交通大学硕士学位论文AbstractTheproductionofsludgefromfivesewagetreatmentplantsinLanzhouwas203,600tonsin2013,andtheyweredisposedbytheland-fillmethod.Bytheendof2015,thesewagetreatmentplantsinnormaloperationwillbeincreasedtonineinLanzhou.Thedailysewagetreatmentcapacity
2、willincreaseby75,000tons.Theproductionofsludgewillcontinuetorise.TheywillmakeenormousholdingpressureontheexistinglandfillsinLanzhou.Soilandgroundwatercontaminatedbythelandfillleachatewillcausehugeenvironmentalrisks.Thispaperisastudyofthepreparationofsintered
3、brickwithexcesssludge,flyashandLanzhouloessasmaterial,inordertofindaresourceutilizationofexcesssludgewhichissimpleandeasytospreadinLanzhouarea.Firstly,thecharacteristicsofLanzhouexcesssludgewereanalyzedbytest,thencarriedouttheresearchofdryingtofindarelativel
4、yfasteconomicandpracticalsludgeconditioningprogramreducingthemoisturecontentofsludgebyusingmethodsofnaturaldrying,limedrying,limeandflyashjointdrying.Secondly,dryingsludge,flyashandLanzhouloesswasusedasthematerialstoproducesinteredbricks,thepropertiesofwhich
5、weretested.Atlast,itwasasimpleanalysisofeconomyforthisprocess.TheexperimentalstudyofexcesssludgefromtheQilihe-AnningwastewatertreatmentplantinLanzhoushowed95.51%ofmoisturecontent,pH7.4,26.6%oforganicmattercontent,29.7%oflossonignitionofdrysludge,metalarsenic
6、11.76mg/kg,metalchromium189.75mg/kg,andunder0.04offecalcoliform.AccordingtotherelevantrequirementsofthecontrolindicatorsinGB"Thedisposalofsludgefrommunicipalwastewatertreatmentplant-Thequalityofsludgeusedinmakingbrick",themostofthetestresultsmeetthestandards
7、exceptthatthemoisturecontentandvalueoffecalcoliformexceedtargets.Inordertofurtherstudytheformingofbricks,theexcesssludgeneedtobedehydratedanddoneharmlesstreatmenttomeettherequirementsofformingbricks.Anothertestshowedaveragecalorificvalueofdrysludgewas12560.6
