1、混凝土钢筋检测系统硬件电路设计摘 要近些年,我国建筑工程建设项目日益增多,大到大型桥梁,水库大坝等,小到居民住宅建设,这些都离不开钢筋混凝土。钢筋混凝土结构的耐久性作为建筑项目中一项重要指标,对其进行严格的检测是至关重要的。主要检测组成构件的钢筋数目、所在位置、外包保护层的厚度以及直径的大小,这几项考量标准直接表明其抗震、抗压、抗剪等承受力。本文主要针对钢筋在钢筋混凝土中几项重要指标的考量而进行讨论分析。主要内容包括:详细介绍了当今钢筋混凝土结构无损检测时常用方法的特点及适用范围,深入探讨了电磁无损检测方法的运用原理,并按照此方法进行硬件电路的设
2、计。系统以单片机STC89C52为主控CPU进行混凝土钢筋检测系统的硬件设计,并对构成系统的最小系统模块、电磁检测构件、信号放大构件、A/D转换构件、光栅测距构件、LED显示与按键构件等展开了硬件选型和严谨的的电路设计。其中A/D转换构件实现了模拟信号向数据的转换;光栅测距构件实现了系统的位移和钢筋间距的测量。关键词:钢筋混凝土;检测系统;电磁检测;STC89C52DesignofHardwareCircuitforConcreteReinforcementDetectionSystemABSTRACTInrecentyears,China'sco
