2、formoftailingsandcausegreatlossofresources.REmineralsinBaotoumagnetictailingsaremainlybastnaesiteandmonazite,accompaniedbyfluoriteandothernon-metallicminerals,andtheREgradeisabout7%.Therefore.itisnecessarytorecycleREfromthetailingsandimprovethecomprehensiveuti

3、lizationrateofBaotoumagnetictailingsresources.Atthesametime,thecontentofnon-REimpuritiesFinBaotoumagnetictailingsisSOhighthattheseparationofRE/Fisdifficultbecauseofitsstrongchemicalbindingcapacity,whichisthemostimportantreasonofenvironmentalpollutionandwasting

4、ofresources.Therefore,studyoftheleachingandseparationprocessconditionsofREandfluorinefromthemagnetictailings,exploringofthemethodforfluorineinhibitionandresourceS,provideatheoreticalbasisforthecomprehensiveresourcesutilizationandcleanproductionprocessfortheBao

5、toumagnetictailings.Thispaperisconsistedofthreeparts:Thesodiumcarbonateroasting·dilutesulfuricacidleachingprocessofmagnetictailingsandrecyclingFasresourceswerestudiedinthefirstpart.TheresultsshowthatthebestleachingratesforREandFreach100%whichcanobtainedatthefi

6、xedconditions:m(Na2CO3)/m(tailings)=0.3,mixtureroastedat700℃for1.Oh.1eachingby3.0mol‘L。1H2S04at60℃for1.Oh;theFintheacidlotionwasrecycledbyaddingAI3+andNa+,andthecryolitewaspreparedwiththerecoveryrateofF67.73%.It’SareasonablemethodIV万方数据forresourcetreatmentfluo
