4、veanalysisofMRimages.ThusbiasfieldestimationisanecessarypreprocessingstepbeforequantitativeanalysisofMRdata.TheWellsmodel,oneofthewidelyusedmethods,usesknowledgeoftissueintensitypropertiesandintensityinhomogeneitiestocorrectandsegmentMRimages.However,theclassicalWellsmode
5、lonlyusestheintensityinformationandnospatialinformationistakenintoaccount,soitissensitivetothenoise.Inordertoovercomethislimitation,theGibbstheoryandtheimagestructureinformationareusedtoconstructanisotropicGibbsrandomfield.ThetraditionalGibbstheoryusuallylosestheinformatio
6、nofthebeamstructureregionsandthecornerregions.Withthespatialinformation,theanisotropicGibbsrandomfieldcanreducetheeffectofthenoiseandcontaintheinformationofthebeamstructureregionsandthecornerregions.TheanisotropicGibbsrandomfieldisincorporatedintotheWellsmodel.Theexperimen
