4、turedresistormaterials.However,therearefewdata,especiallyinasystematicway,ontherelationshipbetweenthemicrostructureandtheDCandACelectricalpropertiesofnanostructuredresistormaterials.Inthischapter,detailedstudiesofstructural,compositional,andelectrical
5、propertiesofnanostructuredresistormaterials,suchasCr(SiO),arepresented.Adetailedunderstandingofx1−xthechargetransportinnanometallicparticlesystemssuchasthree-dimensionalcermetsandtwo-dimensionaldiscontinuousmetalfilmsisimportanttotheachievementofasucc
6、essfulmodelfortheconductivityofnanostructuredresistormaterials.Inthischapter,abriefoverviewofthenanostructuredresistormaterialsisfirstgiven.Then,electricalconductionmodelsincludingcompositional,structural,andelectrical(I–V,RT)characterizationsarediscu
