7、atitwasconductingamassivecullofunregisteredandstraydogs,nearly3,000peoplepeacefullygatheredoutsidetheBeijingZootoprotestthemove.Althoughthepolicearresteddozensofactivists,allwerereleasedandtheplannedcullwascanceledafterpressureonlineconvincedtheBeijinggovernmentthattogoahead
