3、andSeaandCanadianArchipelago,toamaximuminMarch,whentheicecoversalmosttheentireArcticOceanandmanyadjacentseas.IntheSouthernHemisphere,theannualfluctuationisevengreater,fromaminimuminFebruarytoamaxi-muminSeptemberwhentheicesurroundstheAntarcticcontinentandextends
