1、飞机吊挂静力试验界面载荷传感器研制与应用AbstractTheC919aircraftpylonisakindofstaticallyindeterminatesupportstructure,designedwiththemethodofintegratedpropulsionsystem.Comparedtousualpylonstructures,itsload-transmissioncharacteristicismorecomplicated.So,accuratemeasurementoftheinterfaceloadsbetweenpylona
2、ndwing/engineisthekeytothepylonstatictest.Therefore,accordingtothetestrequirementsofinterfaceloadmeasurement,thepaperstudiestheloadsensorsondevelopmentandapplication.Basedontherangeandaccuracyrequirementsofloadsensorsandtheconfigurationanalysisofanexistingsensor,twoconfigurationsenso
3、rsofsolidline-contactandsolidpoint-contactarestudied.Inordertoverifytheeffectivenessofthelatterconfiguration,avalidationtestisconducted.Theresultsprovethatthestaticcharacteristicsandmeasuringaccuracyofsolidpoint-contactsensorarebetterthanthatofsolidline-contactsensor,andnotaffectedby
4、itsinstallationposition.Thus,accordingtotheinterfaceloadsize,thetwoconfigurationsensorsarecarriedoutthestructuredesign,strengthcheckandcalibrationtesttoobtaintheloadequations.Combinedwiththestructureformandinstallationconditionofthepylon,asetofstatictestsystemisdeveloped.Andatthephas
5、eoflimitloadtest,thesensorsstudiedabovearesuccessfullyappliedinmeasuringtheinterfaceloadsbetweenpylonandwing/engine.Inaddition,theaxialloadsoftheconnectingrodscorrespondingtomountedsensorsaremeasured,toanalyzetheaccuracyofsensormeasurementvalue.Bythecomparisonresults,itisshownthatthe
